PDX Nonprofit Consulting works with our clients to offer flexible and affordable rates, right-sized to your budget. Our sliding scale accommodates mutual aid groups with no budget up to well established institutions wishing to invest in the future of their organization.

Rates vary from $50/hr to $125/hr. Exact rates will be negotiated based on mission alignment, the duration and scope of work, and the technical skills and expertise required for a given contract. Meeting facilitation and basic consulting work are on the lower end of the price spectrum, while strategic plans, board training, and policy writing are on the upper end of the price range.

PDX Nonprofit Consulting does provide some pro-bono services on a case-by-case basis, especially when the mission is closely aligned with our values.
